• You must not use materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in ThumbJoy AI
• You must not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

ThumbJoy AI provides AI-powered thumbnail generation and editing services for content creators. Our service includes:

• AI-based image generation using various style presets
• Custom editing capabilities through natural language prompts
• Cloud storage of generated thumbnails
• Download capabilities for created content

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Free Tier

New users receive 10 free thumbnail generations per month. This limit resets on the first day of each calendar month.

5.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscribers receive unlimited thumbnail generations for $14.99 per month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

6. Content Policy

6.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use ThumbJoy AI to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Contains adult content or is sexually explicit
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

6.2 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload. For thumbnails generated using our AI, you are granted a commercial license to use the generated content for your YouTube channel and related promotional activities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ThumbJoy AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on ThumbJoy AI are provided on an 'as is' basis. ThumbJoy AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall ThumbJoy AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ThumbJoy AI, even if ThumbJoy AI or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

ThumbJoy AI reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
